After evaluating the information you provide, Motor City Harness Medics will prepare a written quote outlining the recommended services, estimated turnaround time, and pricing. No repair, diagnostic, or testing work will begin until you approve the written quote.
Our technical team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps. If you are shipping an item, you may also include a printed copy of the completed form inside your package for reference, although printing is optional.
