Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

At Motor City Harness Medics, we are committed to providing professional wire harness diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, harness repair, connector repair, and engineering support. Because many of our services involve technical labor, diagnostics, testing, and custom work, refund eligibility is limited as outlined below.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit or prepayment may be required before work begins. Deposits cover scheduling, project review, engineering time, materials, and specialized resources.

Diagnostic & Inspection Services

Diagnostic, testing, inspection, and evaluation services are non-refundable once completed. These services provide professional findings and technical expertise regardless of the final repair decision.

Custom Work & Materials

Custom harnesses, special-order parts, connectors, terminals, and materials purchased specifically for a project are non-refundable once ordered.

Cancellations

Projects canceled before work begins may be eligible for a refund minus any administrative fees, purchased materials, or costs already incurred.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
